TOMINE’s FDG series is a circulating pump which designed by our company according to the  need of the desulphurization industry.

With two-phase flow hydraulic design in conformity with ISO5199 standard, the wetted parts  are made of alloy with strong resistance to  abrasion and corrosion. It can use both dynamic seal and mechanical seal; the unique design allows long-term running of the mechanical seal without cooling water;its structure conveniences pipeline arrangement; it can couple intelligent monitoring system, and either automatic control or incorporating with DCS is possible. Technical Specification

TOMINE’s FDG  Pump for fuel Gas Desulpharizartion  is a centrifugal pump of horizontal, axial end suction and radial discharge design.The pump cover is fixed on the frame and is clamped tightly by pump casing and frame. When  do maintenance,disassemble the connecting nut between the frame and the pump casing. the pump’s driving part can be pulled out of pump casing without disassembling the pipeline of suction and discharge.For large pumps,there is a connector between pump coupling and the motor shaft. When do maintenance, it dosn’t need to  remove the motor apart from the Pump  but just remove the connector’s the driving part wichcan be pulled out of the pump casing .This is a universal structure of chemical process pump
