TPG-II Roller Mill

The TPG-II roller crusher consists of two compression rollers that rotate in opposite directions, one for the fixed roller and one for the movable roller. 2. The material is fed from above the two rolls, and the squeeze roll is continuously brought into the roll. After being subjected to a high pressure of 50-200 MPa, it is discharged from the machine at an ideal particle size. 3. When the material is bitten by the roll surface, the force of the roller is gradually increased, and the maximum pressure can reach 200Mpa. The discharged material, except for a certain proportion of powdery material, produces a large number of cracks inside the other granular material. In the further pulverization process, the energy consumption of the grinding can be greatly reduced.

Main Feature

4.The inside is equipped with dustproof board, which has good sealing performance, avoids the splashing of fine materials after crushing, less dust, low working noise and great improvement in working environment.
5.The abrasive roller body is redesigned and optimized. The machine does not need to change the roller body for life. The old roller machine needs to be dismantled and replaced after one year of use.
6.The machine grinding roller is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant lining plate. The wear-resistant lining plate adopts domestic advanced wear-resistant materials, which has the advantages of long service life, easy damage and convenient maintenance. The continuous service life can be more than one year. When the wear is serious, the cover can be replaced. The maintenance is small and the cost is low, which is unmatched by any other domestic type of crusher. 7. This machine is equipped with safety protection device. When accidental metal iron pieces enter the crushing chamber, the protective device will act and the iron leakage device will operate normally.
