TOMINE agitation tanks produced by our factory include three series of XB (ordinary), XBT (updated), and GXJ (high-efficiency) series of stirred tanks for the slurry with a concentration of no more than 50% and a specific gravity of no more than 3.5 T/M3. The agitation of the flotation agent can evenly stir the pulp and chemicals. 2/3 deep slurry should be stored in the working tank.GXJ Series Lifting Agitating Mixer tank is an indispensable equipment in flotation production process, which provides good process conditions for beneficiation operation, thereby improving the efficiency of beneficiation operation and obtaining good separation index, and can be used for stirring metal or non-metallic minerals

Main Feature

XB series – It is suitable for pulp stirring and chemical stirring before flotation operation.
XB series –Concentration of the stirring pulp is not more than 40% (by vertical weight), and the particle size of the material is less than 1mm.
XB series-This machine can also be used for stirring other non-metallic minerals
XB series -Model can be made into two types: flat bottom and conical bottom.
XB series-The flat bottom is mainly used for slurry agitation, and the conical bottom is mainly used for chemical agitation.
XB series-The pulp enters from the bottom and the pulp flows out from the upper overflow pipe
XBT Series– Blades on the impeller have an inclination angle of 45° to facilitate the circulation of the slurry
XBT Series -suniquely designed and cast deflector structure makes the agent and slurry fully mixed evenly, and is wear-resistant
