Plant Design Principal:
1. The ore feeding section adopts ore feeding type sieve and high pressure water feeding, and the fine mud is screened out in advance through pre-screening.
2. The crushing process adopts two-stage crushing, and both stages of crushing use jaw crushers. In order to ensure the control of mud entering the flotation process and affecting the flotation effect, the ore washing process is used after coarse crushing to wash out the fine mud again.
3. The grinding process adopts two-stage and one closed-circuit grinding, the first-stage grinding is open-circuit grinding, and the second-stage grinding adopts cyclone closed-circuit, and the final grinding fineness is controlled at -200 mesh, accounting for 85% to 90%, which is strictly controlled The particle size is selected to improve the concentrate grade.
4. The beneficiation process adopts the flotation process, which is one roughing, one beneficiation and one sweeping.
5. The flotation concentrate is settled by the thickening tank and then filtered by the ceramic filter, and the tailings are settled by the thickening tank and then dehydrated by the filter press.
