This experiment is conducted on the beneficiation test of the Titanium tailings in Panzhihua province ,Weast of Sichuan Province, China. The purpose is to study the scientific and rational process, comprehensively recycle the ferro-titanium resources lost in the tailings, to test the ore properties so as to find out the main mineral composition and embedding characteristics of the ore. According to verification study on original ore with combining research to the current on-site beneficiation plant process, such processing solution of weak magnetic-strong magnetic-gravity process was realized , and detailed conditional tests and full-process tests were carried out, resulting in obtaining excellent technical indicators, which provides a strong technical proof for the rational recycling on titanium tailing resources.

For this Titanium Ore sample, two experimental solution were investigated in this experiment. process 1 is a combined process with weak magnetic-strong magnetic-centrifuging , which can obtain a titanium concentrate with 36.08% TiO2 grade and 20.89% recovery rate, According to the actual requirement of client, if it is necessary to continue to improve the titanium grade concentrate, then process 2 can be used, which is a weak magnetic-strong magnetic-centrifuge-shaking table combined process, which can obtain titanium at 45.12 % TiO2 grade and a 18.08% recovery rate
