Flotation Equipments

XJK Flotation Machine works with motor drives belt pulleys to make the impeller moving by triangle belt. One is to mix the air and pulp sufficient, the other side is to agitate the pulp with chemical reagents as well as thinning the bubbles

After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole cell. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the re-mix with air. The remained slurry flows to the next cell until becomes tailing.

BF series flotation machine has I type and II type. I type is referred and designed by SF flotation machine and II type is referred and designed by JJF flotation machine. I type is sucked cell and II type is direct cell and normally called as BF series.

JJF Flotation Machine is revolving, there is vortex in the column and nozzle. The negative pressure in the vortex inhales air to the air inlet pipe to mix with the pulp inhaled from the section of impeller and stator through the nozzle.
