TOMINE_ The API 610 OH1 single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered structure pump is designed for conveying slurries with solids content less than 30%. It is ideal for use with filter presses and is also the optimal conveying equipment for media containing hard debris, such as abrasives, grinding tools, power plant desulfurization, and bauxite slurries. It offers advantages such as simple operation, wear and corrosion resistance, economical operation, and reliable sealing.
It is suitable for handling sandy crude oil, alkali and inorganic salts, lime milk, salt mud, carbide slag in the petrochemical industry; aluminum, copper, vanadium, and zinc slurries in non-ferrous metal smelting; lime milk in the paper industry; various fermentation slurries in the fermentation industry; and fly ash and gypsum slurries in power plants. It can convey media with a solid-to-liquid ratio of over 30%. It is widely used by companies such as Sinopec Changling Branch, various subsidiaries of Chalco, Jinchuan Group, and South Basic Chemicals Co., Vietnam. South Basic Chemicals Co., Vietnam has reported that our MHT lightweight slurry pumps are comparable to or even superior to Goulds pumps. At the 60°C silicon-containing slurry pressure delivery station of Sinopec Changling Branch, the customer had previously used pumps from more than a dozen pump manufacturers, including well-known domestic brands, with a Q of 47.7 and an H of 46. However, these pumps had always performed poorly, with mechanical seals leaking easily, breaking down within a week, materials lacking wear and corrosion resistance, and unstable flow rates. Later, after using an MHT pump from our company, the customer experienced stable operation, with the mechanical seal only needing to be replaced every eight months, far exceeding the customer’s expectation of a three-month lifespan. This pump, which is alkali-resistant, acid-resistant, and wear-resistant, and can solve the mechanical seal leakage problem, is considered a leading pump of its kind in China.
