Main Feature

Wide Range of applications :

The steel-rubber composite pipe can be used for a long time under the environment of -50 ° C ~ +120 ° C. The lining rubber will not be separated from the steel pipe due to temperature changes.

High Impact Resistance:

The rubber deforms under impact, absorbs the kinetic energy of the particles, and then returns most of the energy back to the particles in the  form of bounce, reducing the impact force and greatly improving the service life.

Good Wearing Resistance:

The rubber lining can be formulated according to the needs of wear resistance, and its wear resistance is more than five times that of steel  pipes and more than four times that of ceramics.

 Good Anti-Corrosion Performance:

The steel-rubber  composite pipe can resist corrosion of various acids, alkalis, salt and sewage, and can be used in complex and harsh  chemical corrosion   environments.

Small Running resistance and reduced energy consumption .

The rubber-lined steel tube produced by our company is produced by high-pressure air bag extrusion process. The inner wall is smooth, compact and impervious, saving operating costs and reducing costs.

Light weight, easy to install and maintain.

The steel frame of the rubber-lined steel pipe only acts as a bearing, and can be thinned to the minimum pressure level. Its weight is 20-30% lighter than ordinary steel pipe, and the rubber-lined steel pipe is not afraid of bumping, the lining will not be broken, and the rubber-lined steel pipe is used. The service life is 4-5 times higher than that of pure steel pipe. The average annual investment is low during the service life, and the weight is light, the bracket cost can be saved, the resistance consumption is small, the operation cost is saved, and the comprehensive cost of the rubber-lined steel pipe is greatly reduced, which can save the user. A lot of money.

Can Be Recycled.

The steel pipe only needs one-time investment. The used old steel pipe can be used after repairing the rubber. The rubber is equivalent to 4-5 times of the life of the metal pipe. Further saving money, energy saving and environmental protection.

A.Wearing Resistance Rubber-Steel Composite Pipe

TOMINE wear-resistant steel-rubber composite pipe adopts the principle of “overcoming rigidity with softness” to reduce the impact and wear  from conveying medium on  pipe wall. The  wear- impact resistance of rubber-lined pipelines widely  used in mineral processing plant’s raw ore, concentrate, tailings slurry transportation pipelines. The rubber lining layer of the wear-resistant steel-rubber composite pipe is made of rubber that is produced Malaysia, formulated and processed with special technology,  adhering with excellent wear resistance. The elbow adopts a unique eccentric technology, without changing the diameter of the pipe, the increasing thickness of the outer arc rubber lining updates mostly the service life to more3 times than that of the ordinary rubber lining elbow.
